Program Description Three 18-month programs: associate degree in Chef Training & Management Technology, diploma in Chef Training & Management Technology, associate degree in Restaurant Management.

Faculty 2 full-time, each with formal training & practical industry experience.
Costs ND resident: $3,500 tuition & fees. Special rates for MN, SD Saskatchewan or Manitoba residents. Out of state: $5,020. On-campus housing ~$1,000, 1,700 spaces.
