Faculty Chef Andy Matsuda was born in Japan and learned from a master chef in Japan. He has 30 yrs sushi chef experience and 15 years teaching experience.
Costs Our 8 week course fee is $5,900.00. This includes chef uniform and class textbook. SCI is recognized by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education, and offers I-20 (visa) support, to international students.
