Kitchen Academy kitchens are custom-built for maximum learning. Your first two classes are conducted at a unique, self-contained kitchen island that is a fully stocked workstation. All the equipment you need is at your fingertips and a sleek LCD screen helps you follow the instructor through every facet of your lesson. As you move through the program, you learn in a fully-equipped cold kitchen and eventually in a restaurant-style kitchen laboratory.
