You’re going to touch, taste, and prepare more food in our 15 week program than other schools have you work with in 2 years. The concentration on only food and wine and the short time commitment make this program ideal for career changers as well as hospitality, food science and nutrition professionals looking to enhance their careers with advanced culinary knowledge and skills.
