Arizona Culinary Institute

Arizona Culinary Institute

At ACI, we care about the unique needs of the Culinary Student and have carefully designed our curriculum with you in mind. One of our core commitments is a small class size. Cooking is both a skill and a hands-on creative art, therefore it is imperative that you have the full attention of an instructor who has the time for individual students. ACI limits our class size to an average of 10-15 students and we never exceed a maximum of 20 in a kitchen.

Our program is also designed to make sensible and efficient use of your time and resources. We feel that when students are in a small group they are able to learn both better and faster. We offer a carefully planned, well-balanced curriculum that will give you the solid foundation needed to build and advance your career.

ACI occupies a new, spacious 18,000-square-foot building. We have five professionally designed kitchens generously equipped with the finest equipment from top manufacturers. The student-run du Jour restaurant serves as both a laboratory and classroom. To further enhance the learning experience we have a well-stocked Library, two Classrooms/Demonstration rooms, and a comfortable indoor/outdoor student break area.

Our Educational Team has been carefully chosen and trained. They are a diverse and well-balanced team of Chef/Instructors with real world experienced combined with a passion for teaching. The combination of our staff, facilities, and experience is a recipe for an educational experience second to none.
