Program Description
|
We offer a two year culinary management diploma; one year certificate in both culinary arts program and baking and pastry arts program; all levels of apprenticeship. Paid work co-op in culinary. 100% jobs with excellent employers.

Our chefs, alumni and faculty have worked around the globe. We are in contact with industry chefs and provide a strong foundation in important skills with an emphasis on local food security and introduction to modern trends.

Costs

Culinary Certificate and Diploma approx. $8000 CAD per year includes tuition and other fees. Baking and Pastry Arts - approx. $6100 CAD per year (10 months).
International Students - approx. $1740 per month.
