Staffed with outstanding, caring faculty who are committed to your success and education, Stratford University offers a solid core curriculum accredited by the American Culinary Federation Accrediting Commision. You may choose the broad-based 30-month bachelor degree, 15-month associate of applied science degree or the 12-month diploma program. Whether through an externship or just after graduation, students find themselves with multiple job opportunities at places like the Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Blair House, or one of the many fine restaurants and caterers in the DC area.
Your culinary experiences will be guided by one of our talented chefs who specialize in baking/pastries, garde manger and American regional or international cuisine. These kitchen experiences are complemented by classes involving our on-site dining room and computer labs. Students encounter state-of-the-art technology supported through computer science programs and may choose electives from within or outside the major. Financial aid, scholarships, placement and housing are available.
