NYU Steinhardt’s 40-credit M.A. degree program in food studies (with concentrations in food culture and food systems) is at the forefront of preparing leaders in food scholarship. Join college graduates from a wide variety of backgrounds in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities who share your passion for food. Take advantage of our unique food-centered theoretical and applied curriculum. Address cultural, social, historical, environmental, global, agricultural, economic, and behavioral aspects of food production and consumption.
