  California Culinary Academy can provide you with the positive and comprehensive hands-on experience you need to prepare for a variety of exciting positions in the culinary and hospitality field. It is a career of possibilities, and it all begins with your training.

Founded in 1977 as one of the West's first culinary training institutions, the Academy is passionately dedicated to providing the highest standard of education to all students in preparation for careers in the culinary and hospitality industry. We offer an AOS degree program in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, a certificate program in Baking and Pastry Arts, and an AOS degree program in Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management. Tuition planning assistance and job placement assistance is available to all students.

As an Academy student, you'll find San Francisco is an ideal setting for your education.
