California School of Culinary Arts

California School of Culinary Arts

CSCA has fast become one of the most respected culinary schools in the country. Our expertise, along with the ever-growing influence of our graduates, is helping to set the bar for the nation and beyond. We are one of a handful of culinary schools in America to partner with the internationally renowned Le Cordon Bleu - the leading authority on culinary techniques, training and development for over a century. CSCA offers the prestigious Cordon Bleu Diploma through three different programs: A 15-month Culinary Arts Associate of Occupational Studies Degree, a 12-month Hospitality and Restaurant Management Diploma, and a 30-week Patisserie & Baking Diploma.

Our Pasadena campus, located in the historic Playhouse District, features our popular gourmet restaurant, Bistro 561, where students gain practical real world experience while showing off their skills. Our labs feature industry-current commercial equipment designed for maximum efficiency, usability, and comfort. They offer a great proving ground to replicate the kind of fast-paced environment graduates will experience on the job.

At CSCA, our students are exposed to the cultural and culinary melting pot that is Los Angeles. Pasadena is only 20 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, a cultural nexus that offers a wealth of culinary career opportunities with high-profile restaurants, luxury resorts, and catering to the entertainment industry. Craft the perfect career out of your passion and take hold of your future. It's all possible at the California School of Culinary Arts.

Call 1-866-227-0881 for further information and a tour of the campus.
