Faculty Donna Lafferty, 25 yrs. experience styling for still & motion advertising; clients include Kraft Foods, The Oprah Winfrey Show. Food stylists/chefs Cyndy Lagerhausen (pastry class) & Monika Gockede (chocolate class).
Costs 7-day class: $2,500 for out-of-state/country students, $5,250 for Illinois residents. $300/day for pastry & chocolate classes.
