At Southern New Hampshire University we combine all the necessary ingredients to convert your love of food and your creative flair into the skills required of a culinary professional: a well-conceived curriculum; faculty willing to bring out your individual skills and creativity; and a superb culinary facility offering everything you will need to help you rise fast and go far in the field.
Two Degree Options You can earn an AAS degree in Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry Arts in two years or earn both an AAS and a bachelor's degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management in just four years. During your second year you can choose either the Culinary or Baking track. In addition, we have a new 4-Year Culinary Degree Program.
Magnificent Hospitality Center Our state-of-the-art facility offers two culinary laboratories, two baking labs, four lecture classrooms, a coffee shop and retail bakery, a demonstration classroom, function rooms that can accommodate up to 150 people at a banquet, and a 75-seat restaurant, which is open to the public.
Seasoned Faculty You'll learn in small classes (12-16 students in labs) from chefs with successful industry experience in the leading cities of the world. You'll learn to manage, communicate, and work well as part of a team. During a three-month co-op assignment, you'll work in real-life situations under the guidance of proven professionals.
