Faculty 1 full-time, 8 part-time. Qualifications: chef instructors certified by ACF, lecture instructors 4-year degrees, all have industry experience and ACF membership
Costs $58.50/credit-hour in-state. Other costs: application fee $25, books, uniform, knives, ACFEI registration $650 (one-time). Off-campus housing cost approximately $300-$400/month
