Three 60-wk/90-credit AAS degree Le Cordon Bleu Programs (Culinary; Patisserie & Baking; Hospitality & Restaurant Mgmt). Each ends in a 6-wk externship. Emphasis is on hands-on teaching of skills & providing training for cooks & apprentice chefs.
