Our ultimate goal is for our students to improve both their French language skills and knowledge of food and beverage and gastronomy, and also to enjoy visiting the well-known Languedoc-Roussillon region.
We offer one-, three-, and seven-month certificate programs that include intensive French language instruction.
The one-month Gourmet program offers 3 options: French Cooking, French pastry and French Wines. The 30 hours of lessons/week include cookery or pastry hands on classes or wine tasting and visits to wine cellars. Weekends are free.
The three-month Gastronomic program offers 4 options: French Cooking,French pastry, French Wines and Fine Dining Food and Beverage. The 30 hours of lessons/week include cookery and pastry hands on classes or wine tasting, visits to wine cellars. Weekends are free with a one-week holiday in France.( we offer the accomodation during that week)
The seven-month Gastronomic program includes in suplement of the 3 months course a 4-month training period in a luxury hotel restaurant in France.
Our school is located in the beautiful Resort in Cap d'Agde, near the Béziers Airport and on the Mediterranean coast between Montpellier and Perpignan, about 120 km from the Spanish border.
